Coco husk chips are screened, uniform pieces of coconut husk — a coarser alternative to fine cocopeat, chosen wherever a growing mix needs more air space, faster drainage, and slower water release. They hold their structure far longer than bark or peat, resisting compaction over multiple growing seasons.

At Sun Exports, husk chips are washed, screened to size, and dried before packing, giving buyers a consistent particle profile from bag to bag and block to block. We offer fine, medium, and coarse chip grades so growers can match the substrate to the crop — finer chips for potting blends, coarser chips for blueberry cultivation and other epiphytes that need maximum airflow around the roots.

Every batch is graded, cleaned, and compressed in our Dindigul facility. We supply growing media manufacturers, orchid and nursery suppliers, and horticultural distributors across Europe, the Americas, East Asia, and Australia.
