We source coconut husks exclusively from verified farms and cooperatives within Tamil Nadu, India's coconut belt. Raw material is graded on arrival for maturity, cleanliness, and moisture. Rejected batches are returned — not processed.
Fiber and pith are separated using husk-extraction machines under controlled conditions. Process parameters (machine speed, water volumes, drying time) are logged per batch.
Cocopeat undergoes multiple wash cycles to reduce electrical conductivity. We target EC <0.7 mS/cm for export-grade washed cocopeat. Each wash cycle is logged and the water tested before recycling.
Our quality lab tests every finished batch for: Electrical Conductivity (EC), pH meter, Moisture meter, Visual inspection (2% fiber content, color, contamination).
Passed batches are compressed, packed, sealed, and labelled with: product name, grade, weight, batch number, EC, pH, moisture, and country of origin. All labels comply with importing country requirements.
Every export shipment is accompanied by: Certificate of Analysis, Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate (where required), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin. Documents available digitally within 24 hours of shipment.
Our exports comply with Indian customs regulations and international trade documentation requirements, ensuring seamless processing and timely delivery to customers worldwide.
We comply with the phytosanitary regulations of all major importing countries. Phytosanitary Certificates issued by the Plant Quarantine authorities of India are provided for every shipment, confirming freedom from pests and diseases.
For markets requiring fumigation (Australia, USA, certain EU markets), we arrange certified methyl bromide or heat treatment fumigation and provide the corresponding certificate for customs clearance.
